Double File Trail has new student computer technicians. The technicians check with all classrooms each morning to see if there are problems with laptops, tablets, teacher computers or peripherals. The students are learning basic troubleshooting tips and completing “help tickets” for devices that need to be escalated to the ITS or district technicians. They get to learn new computer skills and develop leadership skills. At the same time, they are performing a valuable service to our school. It’s a Win-Win for everyone!
