Digital Citizenship Week

DFT will celebrate Digital Citizenship Week November 13th through 17th.  In keeping with DFT’s commitment to support our students’ digital citizenship, we will focus on concepts such as digital safety, information literacy, and cyberbullying this week and throughout the month. Our lessons will emphasize how our activities and interactions online form our digital footprint and shape the online communities of future generations.  Students are invited to dress up according to our daily themes for the week.

Monday:  “Stay Safe Online”.  Wear yellow to signify caution or red for “STOP and THINK”!

Tuesday:  “It’s Hip to be Aware”.  Wear tie dye or “hippy” clothes!

Wednesday:  “Stop Cyberbullying on the Spot”.  Wear dots!

Thursday:  “Give Credit Where Credit is Due”.  Wear a creative hat that you design yourself!

Friday:  “Balance is Best”!  Wear team shirts to show that you get outside and exercise!
